Shipping

In agreeing to purchase item/s from us or consign to us, you agree to these conditions:

PROCESSING TIME: Generally, your purchase is shipped within 2 to 3 business days pending payment verification and processing, unless a specific time frame is requested. Please reach out to us and let us know if you wish so.

SHIPPING COURIER: We ship via Post Haste Courier or with New Zealand Post within New Zealand .

Upon purchase, we will ship the purchased product to you by  tracked courier,  You or another person at your nominated address must sign for your product to accept receipt and you are responsible for ensuring that any person signing for receipt of the product is authorised to do so, accepting receipt of your product, the risk and title in the product is deemed to pass to you.

SHIPPING FEES: Shipping is free within  New Zealand, included in the price of your purchase. 

CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS: We are not able to make any changes to the shipping address once the tracking number has been created. During check out, please make sure that the shipping address is correct.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED: All orders are shipped with signature required due to the value of our items. Delivery only accepted to street addresses, we don’t deliver to P.O. Box or Parcels lockers.

GENERAL TERMS:

1- When buying from us we will ship via courier or New Zealand post, you assume all responsibility and risk for your item once is deliver to you & sign for. 

2- When shipping to us for consignment or direct sell, by our courier, you assume all responsibility and risk for your item until it is collected by the courier. Upon collection by the courier, we assume the responsibility and risk whilst in transit and in our possession. Once the item is in our possession, Adriana
pre-loved Luxe is responsible for your item(s) being lost or damaged limited to the value of our payout that we have quoted to you in our quote email.

3-We will otherwise not be liable to you in any circumstances for loss, damage or any claims, provided we have complied with our obligations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any consequential loss.

4-You indemnify us for any loss, damage or claim incurred by us as a result of your negligent act or omission or breach of these terms and conditions.

5-The link to these terms and conditions will be provided to you in an email prior to you sending your item for consignment, and by shipping your item to us your actions constitute acceptance of these terms and your intention to be bound by them. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between yourself and us regarding your consignment of your item, and no variation to these terms and conditions is made unless the parties mutually confirm by email to make such variation.

6- In these terms and conditions, ‘your’ and ‘you’ refers to the person named above. ‘Us’ and ‘we’ refers to Adriana Pre-loved luxe Limited. ‘Item’ refers to your item that is proposed to be consigned.
