Each item listed on the website goes through a rigorous 2 steps identification process, one from our in house experts & one through a third party authenticator. A thorough review process is conducted on every item that we receive It includes a detailed evaluation of every expect of the items, please see our authenticity page for details information

We aim to de-risk the process of buying second hand luxury online.

Please note, Adriana preloved luxe is an independent reseller of luxury goods and is not affiliated with any of the designers we sell.

All our items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise (eg. brand new, Pristine, excellent condition, great condition, very good condition, good condition ). Our professionally taken photos form a part of showcasing the items' condition as the condition rating can be subjective.

Condition grading scale:

Brand new - This indicates the item is brand new never used and should be flawless.


Pristine - This indicates the item is like new and could pass as new but is not flawless.


Excellent condition - This indicates the item is in excellent condition but has minor flaws that can be seen up close.


Great condition - This indicates the item is in great condition but has normal small wear and tear.


Very Good condition - This indicates the item is in decent condition but has very visible wear.


Good condition - This indicates the item is in average condition but very used with more obvious wear.

Poor condition - Adriana Pre-loved Luxe has discontinued accepting any items that don’t meet a minimum grading scale of 8/10 or good condition.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL Adriana Pre-loved Luxe specialises in previously owned items.

items are sold ‘as is’. As most of our pieces are classified as second hand goods thus returns are not accepted, unless on grounds of authenticity. We guarantee all our items are authentic or your money back. For any authenticity claim please provide an official letter from the brand that states the item you purchased is not authentic with reference to the product serial number. This letter must be provided before we proceed with a refund.

Yes. All images of the products on our website are taken by our photographer which reflect the item’s condition and are of the actual item you will receive.

At the moment within New Zealand, Australia, UK and USA

Our New Zealand, Australian and American customers can consign their items to us. We recommend fill our consignment form for a quote.

If the original dust bag, receipt and/or other accessory is included with the purchase, then this will be included in the description and provided to you.

On the other hand, if the handbag doesn't come with the original dust bag or box, we will provide one of our Adriana Pre-loved Luxe free of charge.

Please note that due to the nature of second hands goods, the original owner may have not retain original receipts, dust bags or boxes which is not an indicator of authenticity or otherwise.

The price of an item is determined based upon the market value of like items, which is based on its popularity, colour and condition. We take great efforts to set our prices fairly based upon the current market value and therefore the stated prices are firm.
