Layaway Plan

One of the best ways to shop with us is via our lay by opportunity. We are happy to offer lay by on the majority of our items. However, it is on an item to item basis as each item belongs to a different consignor.

 

 

Layaway Payment Plan T&C

 

• We accept payment plans only via our website using an online payment supplier providers.  For international payments processed please note that your chosen bank or credit card provider may impose additional international transaction fees, which are solely your responsibility and not included in the total transaction amount.

• 30% non-refundable down payment is required when order is placed.

• A pre-authorization for the full remaining balance may be initiated. This indicates that payment collection will be unsuccessful if there are insufficient funds available to process the full pre-authorization on the customer's card on file.

• Items cannot be held without a deposit.

• Once a deposit is made, the buyer has a maximum of 60 days to complete payment.

• If you are unable to complete your payment in the agreed duration, the 30% down payment is non-refundable. 

• The payment due date for the remaining balance will be specified on the order page. It is essential that this payment is made within 60 days from the date of deposit payment. Please note, the remaining balance will be charged automatically to your designated card on the due date unless paid off prior.

• In the event that the card payment for the remaining balance is declined on the due date, Adriana Pre-loved Luxe will attempt to process the payment again within 3 to 7 business days. We will contact you via email. If after the 7 business days the payment is still declined by your bank card, the item will be relisted, and the layaway canceled, unless other arrangements have been communicated with us.

• Should the payment plan be cancelled by the purchaser, the initial deposit and the merchant fee of 3% of the order will be forfeited.

•  Items are not shipped until entirely paid off. Please keep in mind that if you put down a deposit, you fully commit to the item and pay it off within the allotted time. We can only offer the payment plan option if it works out and is fair to our consignors.

 

Payment Plan Sales are final.

The initial 30% deposit + 3% merchant fee will be forfeited if you cancel the payment plan.

We understand that things do happen but please plan your finances accordingly when requesting an item to be placed on payment plan.
