International Shipping

In agreeing to purchase item/s from us you agree to these conditions:

PROCESSING TIME: Generally, your purchase is shipped within 2 to 3 business days pending payment verification and processing, unless a specific time frame is requested. Please reach out to us and let us know if you wish so.

SHIPPING COURIER: We ship via express international post to Australia, Singapore, Great Britain & USA ( delivery time may vary due to impact of COVID 19)

Upon purchase, we will ship the purchased product to you by courier.  You or another person at your nominated address must sign for your product to accept receipt and you are responsible for ensuring that any person signing for receipt of the product is authorised to do so, accepting receipt of your product, the risk and title in the product is deemed to pass to you.

SHIPPING FEES: Shipping is FREE to Australia, to all other international countries is 55$ NZD, payable in addition to the product price.

DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES: Buying from our site you agree that you are the sole responsible for the cost of all taxes, duties and other charges whatsoever of importing the product into your country, and you are responsible to adhere to any importing procedures of your country in order to receive delivery of the product.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED: All orders are shipped with signature required due to the value of our items. Delivery only accepted to street addresses, we don’t deliver to P.O. Box or Parcels lockers.

 CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS: We are not able to make any changes to the shipping address once the tracking number has been created. During check out, please make sure that the shipping address is correct.

GENERAL TERMS:
1- When buying from us we will ship via courier, you assume all responsibility and risk for your item until it is deliver to you & sign for. 

2-We will otherwise not be liable to you in any circumstances for loss, damage or any claims, provided we have complied with our obligations as set out in these Terms and Conditions, and in no circumstances will we be responsible for any consequential loss.

3-You indemnify us for any loss, damage or claim incurred by us as a result of your negligent act or omission or breach of these terms and conditions.

4-The link to these terms and conditions will be provided to you during the check out process under our agreement to purchase T&C 

5- In these terms and conditions, ‘your’ and ‘you’ refers to the person named above. ‘Us’ and ‘we’ refers to Adriana Pre-loved luxe Limited. ‘Item’ refers to your item that is proposed to be bought.
